SHIPPING INFORMATION:

~Our veteran shipping partners welcome everyone’s extra Halloween candy!

~Please ship as soon as possible to ensure the candy reaches our troops in holiday boxes. Ship by November 15th for holiday delivery; however, candy donations are accepted all year.

~For confirmation of delivery before receiving your acknowledgment letter, please use the tracking system provided by your shipper.

~Contact Troopathon anytime with questions. Candy should be in its original wrapping—our volunteers will handle weighing and sorting. All you need to do is ship it to us! Feel free to include messages from kids to the troops; we’ll add them to the boxes.

~Dental products are also welcome—toothpaste, toothbrushes, and floss are much appreciated.

~Please include your business name and address so we can thank you for your donation!

~Feel free to use any size carton that you have available. You can line the box with a black trash bag to keep the candy dry.

~For shipping prices, you can check with carriers like UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL, who base rates on weight and package size. Some local franchises may offer discounts, so it’s worth asking!

~You might also check with local moving or freight companies—they may be able to add your donation to their load for minimal cost (or even free) if they’re heading our way!

~Local businesses or civic and veterans organizations might be willing to sponsor the shipping expenses. Consider reaching out to groups in your area, such as Kiwanis, Rotary, Lions, American Legion, VFW, and Masons. Many are happy to help when they can.

(Thank you for understanding that our veteran shipping partners cannot cover shipping donations, as they allocate their funds to send care packages to the troops).
