We’re thrilled to invite you back to this year’s Halloween Candy Buyback Program! Thank you for your generous support!

  • When to Ship: Simply send your candy to our Operation Center by the end of the year. No complicated forms needed.
  • Collection Period: November 1st – 7th (suggested). However, you can choose dates that work best for you any time you can collect before the end of the year!
  • Packing Details: Please send candy in its original packaging. Our volunteers will handle weighing and sorting. Feel free to include messages from kids—they’ll go directly into the boxes to brighten our troops’ days!
  • Additional Items Accepted: Dental products (toothpaste, toothbrushes, and floss) are also welcome and appreciated.
  • Messages from Kids & Care Package Requests: Include any notes from children or requests with your candy; we’ll handle the rest.
  • Donor Details: Be sure to include your business name and address for a personal thank-you.
  • Shipping Tips: You can ship any size box you wish – USPS flat-rate boxes are very popular. Consider lining boxes with a black trash bag to protect candy from moisture and other hazards. For shipping rates check with carriers like UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Local franchises sometimes offer discounts—don’t hesitate to ask!
  • Alternative Shipping Options: Some local freight companies may be able to add your donation to their load at a low cost or even free if they’re already heading our way. Local organizations, like Kiwanis, Rotary, Lions, American Legion, VFW, and Masons, may also be interested in sponsoring shipping.

We appreciate your understanding that our shipping partners cannot cover shipping costs, as they focus all funds on sending care packages to troops.
